監督年金改革行動聯盟召集人黃耀南今(25)日宣布解散聯盟，黃耀南表示，聯盟階段性任務達成，未來會把募款所剩150萬元提存，並擇期公告捐款名單與明細；全國教育產業總工會祕書長劉亞平則痛批全國公務人員協會理事長李來希說，「李來希只會造神、募款、割稻尾，嗆最大聲、酸最快。」
黃耀南說，李來希多次違反監督聯盟決議，自行募款、上節目、刪除召集人臉書權限，屢次暴衝式發言，這些言行使得軍公教形象受損，更讓年金改革聯盟議題不被社會認同，聯盟成員更是啞巴吃黃連，因此決定解散該聯盟。
黃耀南表示，由於聯盟並沒有正式立案，其他團體仍可以用監督聯盟名義號召活動，但與全國教育產業總工會與轄下各地方公會均無瓜葛。黃耀南在15分鐘的發言過程中，多次嘆氣，透露出許多無奈。
「從事社會運動18年，不怕神對手，只怕豬隊友。」劉亞平痛批說，監督聯盟是由召集人黃耀南號召成立，但李來希系統卻可以刪除召集人臉書權限，軍公教是這次年金惡改的受害者，但整場活動卻被李來希操弄，得罪全台灣人民，裡子面子盡輸，讓軍公教感到很冤枉。
劉亞平更直言，「李來希只會造神、募款、割稻尾，嗆最大聲、酸最快」，819世大運開幕是抗爭李來希說是他發動，出問題了卻說不在現場？由於李來希常不遵守聯盟決議，聯盟曾在會議內要求李來希自行號召群眾上街頭，李來希卻說沒辦法。
劉亞平最後開玩笑地說，2月14日西洋情人節他跟李來希翻臉，中國情人節時正式分手，實在是很巧合。
